i didnt even get the chance to try it out !!!!

so i was recomended this app saying its amazing and works on all types of media ,,, so i blindly purchased it and now i’ve come to realize i wasted some money on a player that not only doesnt work but also crashes my system !!!
to be fair before writing this review i did send SEVERAL reports to the company but still with no luck …
tbh i still am willing to give it another shot but plz either improve this version or give me a solution to properly use this app
