Poor stuttery performance

ABSOLUTELY does not work in OSX 10.11

The latest update has now stopped playing back MKV files.

I have been an MPlayer user for over 6 years. This version has a modern chrome-less UI ("the new eye-candy fashion") but its horribly stuttery, especially in fullscreen with a lot of content that has no problems with MPlayer OSX Extended or the original MPlayer OSX.

The other two versions are not available on the App Store, but theyre equally free - just search for them in Google.
