Confused

It seems to start my videos immediately… But only the audio. The picture is entirely white, and I can’t seem to figure out what else needs to be done to convert the whole thing?? Any hep would be much appreciated. Have yet to be able to use it effectively with anything.
After quitting, I realize I could see it as well. Until I try to enlarge it to full screen, when it returns to all white. Any suggestions?
Okay. Can’t watch full screen, but otherwise working well.
