what am i missing?

i cant believe theres no way to rewind or fast forward?! i keep thinking there must be and im just not seeing it. and yes, i can drag the button that marks the progress of the video, back or forward, but it is awkward and imprecise. how much more useful it would be to have the << and >> buttons function as rewind/fast forward rather than to skip to next or previous video! or have buttons for both functions. on the plus side, the sound is great, compared to some other players.
